XstaticWerkz service expectations, payment terms, customer responsibilities, and warranty boundaries.
Service Scope
XstaticWerkz provides vehicle protection, tint, detailing, coating, paint correction, maintenance, and related car-care services. The final scope depends on the vehicle inspection, product selected, panel coverage, paint condition, customer notes, and shop confirmation.
- Published service menus and product pages are guides, not automatic approval of final scope.
- Prices, inclusions, timelines, and product availability may change before confirmation.
- Work begins only after the accepted quote, vehicle details, appointment slot, and required downpayment are confirmed.
Payment, Downpayment & Cancellations
The forms indicate that a downpayment is required before service is performed. Unless XstaticWerkz confirms otherwise, taxes, payment method fees, and card-processing charges may be handled separately from base service pricing.
- Quoted prices may be VAT exclusive unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Credit card or third-party payment fees may apply when applicable.
- Late arrival, cancellation, or rescheduling may affect the appointment slot and downpayment handling.
- Customers should confirm refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms before paying.
Vehicle Condition & Risk
XstaticWerkz will exercise reasonable care while performing services. The forms state that the shop is not responsible for loss or damage except where directly caused by willful acts or gross negligence by its personnel.
Known service risks
- Engine detailing and electrical-area work can carry risk on aged, modified, exposed, or previously repaired components.
- Paint correction, detailing, tint removal, PPF installation, PPF removal, or coating preparation may reveal or affect existing defects.
- Non-OEM paint, repainted panels, poor prep, old paint, existing chips, rust, filler, adhesives, or previous coating products can affect results and warranty eligibility.
- Force majeure events and events outside the shop's control are excluded from shop liability.
Paint Protection Film Warranty
The PPF terms describe film protection against common surface wear, with product warranty coverage against issues such as cracking, blistering, and delamination for the applicable product term. Accident damage, road debris impact, neglect, improper care, and protected-panel damage are excluded.
- Installation warranty and quality-check visits may be required within the initial post-install period.
- PPF is intended for OEM factory paint. Repainted or non-OEM surfaces can lift or fail and may be excluded from warranty claims.
- White or light-colored vehicles may show normal hue changes over time, especially with aged film or replaced panels.
- Partial installs, seams, exposed edges, relief cuts, and visible edge buildup can occur depending on panel shape and coverage.
- Existing paint chips, dents, scratches, contamination, sanding marks, or uneven paint may remain visible under film.
Curing, Care & Check Visits
New PPF and coating work needs curing time. Customers are responsible for proper after-care and for returning the vehicle when quality checks are required.
- PPF curing can take several weeks depending on weather and vehicle conditions.
- Avoid washing a newly installed PPF vehicle during the initial no-wash period confirmed by the shop.
- Return for inspection within the period requested by XstaticWerkz.
- Improper washing, harsh chemicals, neglect, accidents, debris damage, or missed care instructions can affect warranty claims.
Policy Changes
These policies summarize current service-form terms and may be updated when XstaticWerkz updates its booking forms, product warranties, payment rules, or operating procedures.
